Fantasy Island is Hopefully Returning This Spring

Grand Island, NY has been waiting a long time for the return of the beloved amusement and waterpark. Finally, our hope and dreams might be coming true this spring in the month of May. Formally known as Fantasy Island, the newly bought themed park will be called Niagara Amusement Park and Splash World.

New Additions and Rides

As leaders are hurrying to get the park open by the late spring, new additions and rides also might be on the table for this beloved park. We’re hoping this can spark a new generation of activities for the people of Grand Island, NY.

What Does this Mean for Grand Island & the Surrounding Areas?

This a big step in the right direction for the people of Grand Island, as well as the surrounding areas. The Buffalo/Niagara region doesn’t have an attraction like Fantasy Island anymore, and this re-opening could mean big things for small businesses and potentially new residents heading to the area.

At Town Hall Terrace, we’re located on Grand Island, and we’re just a short drive from Niagara Falls and the city of Buffalo. Our residents who rent apartments, townhomes, or patio homes here have many benefits of living in this location. If we can add another attraction for people surrounding this area, it could mean major growth for the towns around it. `

The Benefits of the Park Re-opening:

  • Help small businesses grow
  • Create jobs for locals
  • Bring in new residents to Town Hall Terrace
  • Add another summer activity to the area
